First step: Login to user center
Click “Deposit” to come to the deposition page.

Second: Payment process(“Internet Banking”)
Click “USD” to choose deposit currency type and input the amount of payment, then choose “Internet Banking”, click “Submit” to select bank card for deposit, “Confirm” to next step.

Third: Login internet bank
Login your bank account with account number and password, click “Next step” to get verification code, fill in this code which was sent from your bank on your mobile device, and click “ Next Step” to submit application.

Fourth: When you complete the above steps, the page will shows that you’ve deposited the successfully. Payment will be sent in your trading account in 24-hours. If you didn’t received in time, please contact to our customer service.

Second: Payment process ( Direct Deposit)
Click “USD” to choose deposit currency type and input the amount of payment , then choose “Direct Deposit”, click “Submit” to select bank card for deposit, “Confirm” to next step.

Third: Transfer
After confirmed the your deposit amount, please transfer the payment according to the “Deposit Details”. You could transfer online by your bank App or ATM transfer. When you finished the payment successfully please check and click button “I have deposited” on this page.( This page will expired after 1 hour, please finished the transfer in time or saved as snapshot to transfer in 24-hours. Otherwise, the order will be ineffective and need to re-submit the deposit request.

Fourth: Check the deposit information
Please confirm your deposit information (amount + bank + payment method + account number). If it’s inconsistent with the your transfer information (amount + bank), please re-enter the actual deposit bank and payment amount. Click “Submit”, A prompt box pops up on the page which confirm the content of the deposit. Click “Confirm” to submit the deposit application. (Please make sure that the your payment information which is all consistent to this page. If not, please modify and check again, otherwise the payment amount is not able to arrive your trading account).

Fifth: Submitted successfully
The page prompts that the deposit request has been submitted successfully. You can click the "Experience trading" to back to trade. The deposit will arrive in your account in 30 minutes as soon as possible, but still depends on Bank’s process speed. If you couldn’t receive for a very long time, please contact the online customer service for much more assistance.
